Don’t worry about having to drill a bunch of holes and to your wall. The map pieces for this wall design are extremely lightweight. They can be attached to your wall with the included 3M adhesive strips. You get a lot of 3M adhesive strips in this so you won’t need to go out and purchase those separately. There is a huge paper template. This makes the placement of all of the geographic locations fairly idiot proof. If you put this on your wall you simply place the pieces into the gaps on the template. And your wall map will be geographically correct and spaced out perfectly.You will want to mount the clock with a screw or picture mounting hardware. The reason for this, is because you’ll need to access the back of it to change the time and battery occasionally. All the numbers are laser cut. There’s no stickers or anything to devalue the look of this clock. Some of the smaller islands will need to be manually extracted from a larger piece of wood. Much like Punching out pieces of a puzzle. The reason for this is because they are small and delicate and I’m sure the manufacture wanted them to arrive hole. Plus, I think it’s easier to locate them when they’re all together. This does take some time to assemble. So make sure you have some time set aside. This is actually a great activity to do with the family. Tried to stick the pieces with just one patch per piece and half the world fell on me!! LolDon’t install it if you’re in rush and try to cut the adhesive patches in pieces to fit around the wood piece to get a good even hold. It looks amazing once everything is done correctly. Once you determine the location then try to move the guide paper away or tear it before getting the wood piece on the wall or else it will stick on the back side of the glue tape.Learnt from my mistakes and finally got it all installed nicely!Beautiful 3d effect.
